Digital Futures For Good is a new series where our guests look to a future with no digital exclusion. Our Chief Executive, Helen Milner sits down with thought leaders, policy makers and experts to highlight best practices in digital inclusion and find out what they think should be done to fix the digital divide.
So far, we have spoken to Baroness Dido Harding and Baroness Anna Healy, who sit on the House of Lords Communications and Digital Committee, fresh from the publication of their report into digital exclusion and the cost of living, dotcom entrepreneur and former Digital Champion, Baroness Martha Lane Fox, and food bank charity, Trussell Trust’s Chief Executive, Emma Revie.

Digital Futures for Good: Healthcare and digital inclusion
For this episode, our CEO Helen Milner interviewed Minal Bakhai, Director of Primary Care Transformation at NHS England and Dr Sam Shah, Director of Digital Development at NHS England. The event will have a first look at this interview, with on-the-ground context about digital inclusion and transformation in healthcare provided by our expert commentators: Katie Dowson, Director of Digital South Yorkshire ICB and our own Dr Emma Stone, Director of Evidence and Engagement at Good Things Foundation.

Trussell Trust's vision is for a UK without the need for food banks. They are working towards a just, compassionate future, where no one should have the use a food bank to get by. Emma and Helen's discussion will cover the intersectional links between those living in poverty, including food poverty and data and digital poverty.
