Digital Leaders Week starts today and there are hundreds of free online events to attend - or watch back later at your leisure. Dr. Emma Stone takes you through where you'll find Good Things across the week
It’s Digital Leaders week this week, and we’re looking forward to leading and taking part in a mix of online events. Here’s where you’ll find us:
- On Tuesday, I’ll be speaking at the 17th National Digital Conference in a session chaired by Nominet’s Chris Ashworth. The event, titled ‘How can we provided devices and connectivity for those in digital poverty?’, will also hear from LOTI and 100% Digital Leeds
- On Wednesday, Lord Jim Knight will be in conversation with our brilliant Group CEO Helen Milner about how to Fix the Digital Divide – for Good. Helen and Jim – who is kindly stepping in for Martha Lane-Fox – will be discussing Good Things Foundation’s bold new strategy and the state of the digital divide across the country
- And finally on Friday, I’ll be chairing an event sharing progress so far on a pioneering proof of concept study to develop a new way to measure digital inequalities – harnessing citizen expertise, social science and geodemographics to establish a Minimum Digital Living Standard (MDLS) for households
